Adding a link to BlackBox

I have a SMF 2.0 RC3 board and I wanted to know how I would add a link to the menu bar that points to another webpage.

Hello blue_sassley,

Welcome to the Cripzone.

In SMF 2.0, tabs are handled differently than in previous versions.  They are now added to the .../Sources/Subs.php.
