Tried installing it on OFF and it shows as a blank white page and gives this error:

This is because your site is on 2.0.x and not 2.1.x.  You will need to use the 2.0 version for your site.

Due to a typo I've found, here's an updated version of /languages/ThemeStrings.english.php

Language files have been updated and a new release, Flagrantly214b, has been uploaded to Github with the fixes.

Here's the fix for the 'notify alert/email' dropdown. Find '.notify_dropdown span'. The last two lines to it found about line 4156 in index.css:

.notify_dropdown span {
    font-size: 0.9em;
    display: block;
    max-width: 500px;
}
