The best way to get support is to figure out what theme and SMF version and let us know in one post what all you need and we will let you know if it can be done or not.
Custom work is not free, if you want to customize a theme you must put in a request in the proper forum category.
Custom logos and work can be done. but you must get a quote from those who do the Logos and Crip for theme, and you must also read and understand the guidelines we have posted in our forums!

Another note: I would not recommend customizing a theme for SMF version less than RC5.
