Trouble loading the Ad template

Hi Crip, I'm back again! Things were going well until I tried to add the simple ad mod to my site, now it won't even load because it can't load the Ad template. Which file do I need to change or update to make this go away? I'm about to pull my hair out.

Any help is greatly appreciated... PS, I put the rest of the payment for the upgrade in your acct today.

mods like Ads , need to be installed manually on any custom Theme..

  .. but your also getting the same error on SMF Default theme ..?
