Need help adding an iframe below the banner

Hi All,
We are using the Blackrain V2 theme on version 1.1.11.  Certainly the best theme out today.

I was wondering if someone could help me with the code to add an iframe just below the banner.
Its only a small iframe about  width="800" height="30" scrolling=".

If someone could tell me where to insert the code, that would be great

Sorry Friend, but this site is for Crip Theme support only, but did you get for a Mod At the SMF web site and if you are looking for a self scrolling code it would need to be found a a Site that offers free Java code. If it an iFrame with scroll bars, I can make you a code,  but you should place it on an HTML block and should be a front page, using TinyPortal so not the stretch your forum out of whack.

Also it should be time to consider and update on your SMF version!
