Forum Upgrade To SMF 2.1.4

I will attempt to upgrade the forum today. So, some things may look strange for a bit until everything is installed. You may also not be able to login until it's done.

Well, since The Downloads System is only paid now I'll have to add the themes one by one to the TP downloads.

What downloads system is only paid now?

The one for SMF 2.1. The 2.0 versions are still free.

Besides, I don't mind going through the process of adding them to TP (even if it's one by one) because that's where Jeff got his start and TP is what he has always used.
