Let me see, I think I'm miss reading what you want,

It looks like you want a Face book Icom with the Red circle icon inside the Facebock icon, keeping the size at 38X38. Now if this is what you want then, I'll try but may be hard to read...let me see>

And the large logo to remain the same?

Ok this is transparent and 38X38, but in order to change the backgrond I'll need to do allot more work, like pixel by pixel touch up@
